Our 10 month old babies eat these fruits

Our 10 month old babies mainly drink milk, eat vegetables, meat and fish. In the morning and in between, they also eat pureed fruit, usually mixed with oat flakes (porridge), semolina and cereal porridge…

  • 🍎Apples: from the beginning anyway (but we peel them to be safe)
  • 🍌Bananas: always with you because they’re so sweet (when they’re ripe…)
  • 🍐Pears: also very sweet
  • 🍑peach
  • 🥑Avocados: source of fat
  • 🥭Mango: very tasty (but they are only sweet when they are already soft)
  • 🥝Kiwis: we use yellow/golden kiwis, they are sweeter and softer
  • 🍊Clementines: if not too sour
  • 🍓Strawberries

We are still avoiding the following fruits because we are a bit unsure.

  • 🍇Grapes (often sprayed and hard to wash off)

The fruits are usually blended (not steam cooked) in our Philips Avent blender/steamer. We rarely give finger food because it’s just too much work with twins. If so, we also give corn/millet sticks or crunchy slices of banana/pumpkin.
