We always eat very healthy in the morning: oatmeal (porridge) with lots of fruit. Now we’ve managed to get our babies to eat (almost) the same thing at 10 months! Watch our video!

Since the babies eat the same as us, we don’t have to prepare our own meals (at least in the morning) and it saves us a lot of work. We also all eat together and develop a routine.
Here are our ingredients:
- Oatmeal
- Oat milk1
- Fruits (apple, banana, pear, avocado, golden kiwi 2, ripe mango, depending on the season strawberries, blueberries, etc.)
For us we also add:
- We use oat milk because soy milk (hormones), almond milk (cyanide) or rice milk (arsenic) may be questionable. ↩︎
- Golden kiwis are very sweet and therefore ideal for babies ↩︎
- Nuts can get stuck in babies’ throats and are therefore dangerous. ↩︎
- Flaxseed for babies in small quantities would be possible! ↩︎
- Grapes are often sprayed and can hardly be cleaned by washing. ↩︎
